It's used to producing linear block copolymer products which consist of Oligomer polyols soft segment and isocyanate hard segment. The products are wide used in the fields such as TPU APP market, medical appliance, sports equipment, etc. Special products like industrial wear parts gear, tubes, and wire cable, SRS, waterproof membrane, electric packaging film, etc.
Features :
1） Measurement precision: equipped with a high precision and low speed gear pump, with error≤5‰
2） Mixing uniformly: tooth type design, perfect in shearing mixing head which has a reliable performance.
3） Pouring head: adopting a floating type mechanical seal, avoiding material feed back.
4） The temp of the material: with a multipoint temperature control device, the material temp is stable, which has a error ＜±2℃.
5）Equipped with a vacuum degassing system, the products have no bubble on macroscopic.
6）Energy saving: using oven heating, high heating efficiency to save energy.
7）The material tank equipped with a LCD level gauge and can achieve automatic feeding. The complete machine is controlled by a PLC touch screen, a 7” LCD touch screen which can display the parameters of pressure, temperature, rotate speed, pouring, air blast and cleaning. Through the program PLC module to finish process monitoring, fault alarm. Thus make the machine with a stable performance and a high automation.
