Characteristics

2. Component : polyurethane pre-polymer

4. Viscosity : 2100-2500cps/80
Operation
1. Melted PUR-150 by hot-plate with 65,then pumped the glue on
the roller(temperature 80) to coat the glue to the OPP film.
2. After coating on the OPP film then stuck with the paper, and cut
the OPP film with the heating-knife.
3. Cooling the OPP/Paper to room temperature for 24hrs, then test
the bonding strength(>0.2kg/in).
Notice
1. PUR-150 must be storage in the iron can, and should be close
tightly to avoid moisture
2. PUR-150 should be storage at room temperature(about25~40)
and ventilating place.
