Spray adhesive 179TN2 has:
Physical Properties:
1. Appearance: light yellow liquid
2. Component: synthetic rubber
3. Solid Content: 30±2%
4. Viscosity: 100~300 (25oC, LVT)
5. Shelf life: 6 months
Characteristics:
1. Green environmental protection low-Benzene (≤200ppm) spray adhesive.
2. Low viscosity, high solid content, easy to use and low solvent smell
3. High initial and final bonding strength; long tack retention time
4. Good adhesion for various types of materials, especially for foam rubber
Operation method:
1. Caliber 3 spray gun is best
2. Air pressure 4~6 kg/cm2
3. 30~50cm from spray gun to the surface
4. Spray amount:
- non-porous substrate: 150~200 g/m2
- porous substrate: 250~300 g/m2
