CHARACTERISTICS
Acrylic caulk 535A is a multi-purpose and high quality sealant. It is composed of
environmentally friendly water-base polymer emulsion and inorganic filler. It is
smooth, easy to use, flexible after curing and prevents cracking.
MAIN COMPOSITION
Acrylic polymer emulsion and fillers
USES
1. It forms an airtight seal to prevent air and moisture when applied to surfaces such as wood, brick, masonry, drywall, concrete, ceramic tile and glass.
2. Its ideal for sealing seams joints and cracks around windows, door, siding, woodwork air conditioners.
3. Please dont use for adhesion or sealing of glass or structures unit.
DIRECTIONS
1. Apply to clean, dry surfaces, remove all surface contaminants, such as dust, dirt, oil, mildew grease, loose flaking material and old caulk.
2. Use a standard caulking gun with steady pressure to completely fill joints.
3. Smooth bead with a moistened finger, brush or cloth for a neat appearance.
4. Avoid contact with water before drying.
5. Normally sealant skins in 5 minutes, dries to touch in 2 hour, and complete curing will take 27 days depending on conditions.
6. Apply only when sealant and surface temperatures are above 10.
