CHARACTERISTICS :
T-HM520A is an EVA-type hot melt adhesive with high strength. It has well flow
characteristic, not stringing, good bonding strength, and fast curing rate. It can be
applied to all kinds of woods,PVC and ABS of edgebanding.
PHYSICAL PROPERTY :
1. Main Ingredients :Ethylene-Vinyl acetate copolymer
2. Appearance :Yellow Granules
3. Toxicity :Non-toxic
4. Brookfield viscosity :28000-40000cps (338F/170℃)
5. Softing point(Ring&Ball):74-84℃
6. Temperature Test(-20℃X12hrs←→60℃X12hrs,7cycles):Pass
Instruction For Use :
T-HM520A can be used in common process. In accordance with the following operation conditions can obtain the better adhesion effect.
1. Adhesive substrate should be clean, free of oil, and after dealing with
constant temperature and humidity
2. Room temperature and substrate temperature:18~20℃
3. Substrate moisture content:8~14%
4. At the application roller:160~180℃
5. In the melting container:160~180℃
6. Production rate:20~30M/MIN
Storage :T-HM520A should be stored in a cool and dry place, period of 1 year.
