High perfomance battery
Be sure unit remains at room temperature where measurement will take place. Allow 30 minutes to stabilize thermometer before using.
1. Please confirm the thermometer probe is no dirty matters, damaged or scratched before measuring.
2. Press[power/measuring]button
Turn on the unit, it displays last measurement result
3. Put the probe into the ear
Hold the thermometer, insert the probe toward the eardrum as deep as possible.
If the ear hole is small and hard to insert, please pull back the ear gently, and insert gently, do not insert forcibly.
4. Start measuring
Press the [power/measuring]button, and sound a beep , it scans the eardrum temperature automatically.
Display color change information:
Measuring result lower than 36℃, displays green.
Measuring result from 37.3℃ to 38℃, displays orange.
Measuring result more than 38℃, displayed red.
5. After measuring
The unit will power off automatically in 10 seconds no operation
The unit can not be power off even turn of the button.
To repeat measurements, please wait for 3 minutes, then measure again.

Q&A
Q1 Is the left measuring result same as right ear measuring result?
It is same for healthy people. If there is difference, please refer to the following reasons.
1. The infrared prove means of access is not the same.
2. The insertion method and angle are different after stable.
Please choose the ear with stable and higher temperature to measure.
Q2 Measurement result is low
1. Check if the thermometer probe is dirty.
2. Take out the thermometer from the ear early when it not finishes measuring.
3. The ear temperature is low.
In the use of water pillow or bags of water cooling or winter just go home and measure immediately, all the measurement result is low.
4. Insert ear hole too shallow.
5. The thermometer probe not on the eardrum direction. Please move the probe 2-3 times gently when measuring.
Q3 Measurement result is high
1. Lateral position one ear under pressure may make the ear temperature high, please wait a moment to take the measurement after sleeping.
2. Hot baths, exposure to the sun for too long and strenuous exercise is not appropriate to measure immediately, for it make the measurement results high.
