Kuzu is Japanese arrowroot and yu means hot water in Japanese, so "Kuzuyu" refers to Japanese arrowroot tea.

Directions

1. Put 1 pack Matcha kuzuyu powder into a cup.

2. Pour 150ml hot water into a cup.

3. Stir well until the liquid gets thickend, enjoy it.
