Applicationas :
BPJI series mining flameproof and intrinsically safe AC inverter (
hereinafter referred to as the inverter ) -kind of the vacuum magnetic
starter with digital frequence control devices and related cooling
technology of high-tech products . The product is suitable for AC 50
Hz , rated voltage of 660 V or 1140 V asynchronous motor heavy duty
soft start , soft stop and running speed control , starting current ,
starting speed smooth start-up time is adjustable , a small impact on
the grid , starting performance and reliable starting curve there are
two kinds of " S " shaped curve and linear . The curves can be
adjusted according to the actual conditions , threby reducing the
dynamic tension starting equipment . As used in belt conveyor can
reduce conveyor belt with strong demands to reduce the initial
investment to extend the service life of the conveyor. When the
inverter online work , according to the motor load changes , adjust
the motor power supply voltage and frequency to achieve the desired
torque , has obvious energy saving effect , achieve economic operation
.
This product is mainly used to transport equipment in the harsh
environment of coal mine or open pit mines , ports and terminals ,
coal preparation plant , power plants and other large load soft start
and soft stop and run process control for coal mine belt conveyor ,
scraping control board transport aircraft , coal feeder , fan , local
fan , water pump and oil pump and other equipment .

Functional characteristics
Starting time adjustable ;
Upgrade to 1.5 to 2 times the starting torque , soft start stop ended
, reducing the starting current;
Two kinds of online and short- time work . When the drive is online
work , the inverter according to the load change governor ; experience
with function , when the drive is in short-time work , a soft start
and soft stop ;
Can be achieved in situ and remove control ;
When multiple motor linkage , master-slave mode ( torque tracking or
speed tracking ) to complete the balance of power in the process of
starting and running;
With over-current, short circuit , grounding , phase loss ,
overvoltage, undervoltage, overload , overheating , external alarm and
leakage protection.
