FCST132 HDPE Tube Bundle
Brief Introduction:
Tube bundle is made by one micro duct or more than one micro duct grouped according to a certain arrangement order with outer sheathing layer. It can hold more conduits in the limited space. The Micro duct are suitable for fiber blowing and direct buried and installed applications.
Characteristics :
l The technical specification of micro ducts grouped into tube bundle fully comply with the above-mentioned specification of micro duct;
l Through the color, arrangement definition, ie, the position of each micro duct in the tube bundle, the construction becomes convenient so as to effectively avoid the misconnect of micro ducts;
l Inner micro ducts and the outer sheathing layer can be relatively separated through a special manufacturing technology and product formulation so as to convenient for construction and the connection of inner micro ducts;
l Many tube bundles placed into the same one trench can be distinct through the different color of outer sheathing layer of tube bundle or different strips on the outer sheathing layer of tube bundle;
l The surface of outer sheathing layer of tube bundle is smooth without defects, such as visible holes or scars.

Brief Introduction:
The HDPE Direct Installed Tube Bundle consist of a number of micro duct with an inner low friction, antistatic surface that enables installation of air blown fiber.The duct are bundled with a sheathing layer. The design makes it suitable for installation into existing pipes or other protected outdoor environments. The bundled structure enables easy splicing and sealing at joints and branch locations. The micro duct are optimized for best performance in combination with the FCST Air Blown Fiber units.

The HDPE Direct Buried Tube Bundle consist of a number of micro ducts with an inner low friction surface that enables air-blown installation of fiber optic micro cables. The direct buried tube bundle have a heavy duty HDPE outer sheath. This makes the ducts suitable for direct burial without the need for additional protection. The ducts are suitable for installation of micro blown cables such as the FCST micro optical blown cable.
