Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little model fee, 

we do not bear the freight. Sample preparation will take some time(about 7-15 days), 

and if you asked to use DHL, Blue Dart Express, FedEx, etc. to send samples, you can 

inform us in advance to prepare.

How about the LCL order and FCL order? 

LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can’t reach a full 20ft container. The 

order term is EX-works (EXW), seller just provide the products as the order, but no 

responsible for any other process of the trading.

Can you make iron products according to my request ?

Yes,customization service is available,OEM business is appreciated.

What is your minimum order requirement?

 We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the price list. But we also can accept the 

sample and LCL order. 

If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.

How do you deliver the goods to us?

When you place the orders,we arrange the production asap,When finish the orders, we 

will inform you and also we arrange the shipping in the same time. 

Shipping Time: 1-4 Weeks.scattered orders will take longer time, for shipping companies

 need to arrange the right time to share space with others.

When your orders reach your local nearest Seaport or River port, the logistics company 

will inform you.

How much is the freight?

It depends on the number and transport methods. When asked about the freight, we want you 

to let us know your detailed information , such as the product name and quantity and your favorite

 mode of transport, as well as your designated port or airport. We thank you for providing us the

 information to estimate the cost.

What about the payment?

We accept L/C,T/T payment terms

How long does it take to execute my order?

That depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please tell us the quantity and model number 

of the products you are about to order, so that we will give you a detailed schedule.

How can I know the completion of my order? (How I know how my order is being done?)

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will immediately arrange for the production, and continue update the 

production for you, after the order is completed, we will inspect and test all products carefully to ensure

 no damage and lost, we will also send you the detection images of your order before delivery for you

 to confirm .
