Centralized Solar Heating System: Centralized Heating & Storaging Hot Water

How it works:
Centralized Heating & Storaging Hot Water.
Design big capacity hot water storage tank to meet the whole building's hot water needs. Cotroller, pump and other assistant equipments are installed on the roof or a special room. Collectors absorb solar energy to heat water in the vacuum tubes. When temp. difference between tank and collector reaches setting value, the pump will start circulation. Or else, it will stop pump. In this way, the water in the storage tank and thermostatic water tank is heated step by steo to ensure you can get hot water any time. What's more, you can use electric backup heater or gas heater together with solar thermal system to make sure of hot water any time, even with long time cloudy or rainy days.
Material Specifications of Manifold Collectors:
1) Glass tube: new trivalent element vacuum tube, coating AL-N/SS/CU, 58*1800mm
2) Manifold casing: powder coated (black or silver) al-zinc
3) Insulation: polyurethane foam
4) Bracket: galvanized steel
5) Seals: Silicon seal
6) Big water tank: food grade stainless steel with polyurethane foaming insulation.
7) Both vertical and horizontal tanks are available.
