Vertical Rice Whitener machine is used in rice mills to whiten rice through hulling integument and bran on the surface of rice with emery rolls. The rice product which is separated from its husk is transported to the vertical rice whitener for whitening. The rice which enters the machine is poured into the pusher helix in a flow system which is programmed in advance and in control. The rice is scattered to forward in a circle shape. During this scattering; with the friction that the rice encounters during its passing in the product slowing set, with the emery rollers and with the abrasion devoted to crashing to bleach sieve surfaces; its beleach is provided with being separated from the colored natural brand. During this whitening process with the help of the stresses in the product slowing set, emery rollers, and the frictions to the sieve system and during the frictions in the circular turnings the required whitening is obtained. If the product is not whitened as wanted, to adjust whitening degree pressure weight is raised. All of the bran which is taken in empty in the system, fills into the machine bran reservoir and sucked with a sucking fan which is connected from outside to the system.
