CRM 125-2T rice mill model has been developed to test the yields of the rice processing. Rice can show some differences in quality due to the external factors. These factors are; the soil planted, type of rice, weather conditions etc. So determining the yield of the product before processing is important need. This machine is necessary to test the yield of the rice taken from the producer accurately. Just like a complete rice milling plant, it separates the husk, whitens the rice, and then separates the broken with its broken rice trieur. Finally it weights the rice, broken rice, bran and glume (Chaff) separately for better analysis. CRM 125-2T offers new features to users. Firstly the adjustments on the machine are standardized. There two time relays, one for husker and whitening unit, second for broken trieur. All the adjustments are easy to operate and even if the operator changes, the result doesn’t show any difference.
