Solar Street Light Controller /Battery Controller
This controller is designed for solar energy power dc supply system,and dc street lamps system,
using special computer chip intelligent controller. A key type touch switch, complete all operations and Settings. It is with short circuit,overload and unique prevent inversed-connection protection,all protection measure such as automatic shutoff when full charging and overdischarging, recover automaticlly.detailed indicator of charging,overload,shoottrouble ect. This controller get samples on the battery voltage, discharging current, the environment temperature and the parameters of battery through computer chips ,through the special control model calculation, realizing the control high accuracy and efficiency of the discharge rate, storage temperature compensation which is line with the battery, and the high-efficiency charging pattern- PWM, ensure the best job in the state, extend battery life greatly. It has a variety of work mode, output model selection, satisfy customer all kinds needs.
Features:
1 Intelligent control. Specially designed for the constant power control output for LED light source, more advanced than output ways of constant-current control , more efficient , control conversion efficiency can reach above 90%. And can output power through the setup and fine-tune LED light source . At the same time,it can achieve half power (-TH) of timing , or adjust LED light source output power (- A) automaticlly according to the actual power of the battery , greatly improving the supply power rate of system. (also can realize constant current output control).
2,Soft start-up function and continuous stepless adjustment light function.
3, Fixed accurate discharge control by using discharge rate features of battery . the discharge end voltage is the control point which is fixed by discahrge rate curve ,eliminating the inacurate of the pure control to the valtage overdischarging, according with the inherent characteristics of battery namely different discharge rate has different end voltage.
4 Complete protection:fully automatic control and protection of overcharging,overdischarging,short circuit ,overload,unique counter-attack connect ,reverse current ,reverse polarity,lightning etc. All above protection without causing damage to any component, not burning insurance.
5 Tandem PWM charging main circuit,can reduce the 50% loss of the charging circuit than using diode recharging circuit ,charging efficiency is 3% - 6% higher than non-PWM , increased the using power time, Ascending charging after overdischarging restore, normal balance charging, floating charging of automatic control mode can extend battery life, high precision temperature compensation.
6 LED displays the relevant parameters of solar charge controller and work status.,
7 All control use industrial chip (only to suffix I-industry-specific controller), operation free in high temperature, moisture environment . Use crystals timing control ,realize accurate timing control.
8 Flash memory make each work control point recorded ,cancel potentiometer adjust control setting point, making setting digitization and eliminate factors which reduce the accuracy and reliability,such as the deviation of potentiometer vibration .
9, Digital LED display and setting a key type to complete all Settings, very convenient.
10 Controller has moisture-proof function
