Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this tarpaulin.
The first and bottom layers are laminated PVC. They are waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layers could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
The middle layer is basic fabric. It’s 1000D*40T polyester fabric with high tearing strength and tensile strength.
Application
This PVC tarpaulin could be widely used in tent, inflating boat, life raft, oil tank, water tank,water bucket, water bladder, Oxygen chamber, inflatable jack, airbag, truck cover… etc.

Production Process
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) PVC laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
