There are 3 layers in this tarpaulin.
The first and bottom layers are laminated TPU. They are waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layers could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
The middle layer is basic fabric. It’s 40D nylon ripstop fabric with high tearing strength and tensile strength.
This light weight TPU tarpaulin fabric could be widely used in tent, inflating tent, waterproof bag, dry bag, storage bags waterproof bags, outdoor backpack, map case,Ipad case,Phone case, basin, water bucket, water bladder, dry bags, storage bag, airbag, inflatable helium RC airship, hot-air balloon… etc.
The first application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU waterproof fabric could be used in anywhere is using PVC fabric.
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
