Product Features

Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this tarpaulin.
The first and bottom layers are laminated TPU. They are waterproof and airtight. The elastic and soft TPU layers could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
The middle layer is basic fabric(600D polyester oxford fabric). 600D polyester oxford fabric is of high tearing strength and tensile steength.

This TPU tarpaulin could be widely uesed in airbags,inflatable boats,life raft canopies,Oxygen chamber,inflatable jack,oil tank,oil Booms,water tank, water bucket,water bucket, water bladder,apron,protective garment...

Production Process
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
