Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this waterproof fabric.
The first layer is silicone coated. It’s waterproof and flameproof.
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 15D*440T nylon ripstop fabric with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is PU coated. It weldable and waterproof.
Application
This silicone coated fabric could be widely used in parachute, paraliding, inflating tent, light weight outdoor backpack, dry bag, storage bags, down jacket, kite… etc.
Production Process
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) PU &silicone coated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
