This parachute fabric is 30D nylon 66 ripstop fabric with silicone coated on both sides. It's more stronger than the normal nylon ripstop fabric.

There are 3 layers in this silicone fabric.
The first layer and bottom layer is silicone coated. It’s waterproof and fireproof.
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 30D nylon ripstop fabric with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
This high tensile strength fabric could be used in parachute, paraliding, stunt kites, inflating tent, … etc.
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) PU& silicone coated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
