1.Do electrical products have any certification? Are they suitable for our local voltage?

Yes, we have passed CE and FCC certification and we can offer all kinds of voltage and plugs.

2.How long is the warranty ? If the product break after the warranty what should l do?

For pet dryer, the warranty is 6 months. For other products, it is 12 months. If you need repair after warranty period, we can offer spare parts for you by low price.

3.Which shipping method I can choose? How long time for arranging production?

We can send products by courier, air shipment or sea shipment. The ETD is normally 30days up to the quantity.

4.What is the MOQ? How about the payment term?

The MOQ is 50pcs for dryers, it will be 10sets for bathtub and grooming products.

Payment term is 30% deposit when confirm order, the balance against copy B/L.
