Q: Which payment term will you accept?
A: Payment term is T/T, Western Union and so on.
Q: How to install WPC products?
A: Generally, it should install keel first. Fix the WPC board on the keel using nail gun, and then plug another WPC board. One after another till the installation is finished.
Q: How to ensure not fade?If it fades, how much percentage it will loose?
A: All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weathering. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor. During the first 3 months, the color may change a little, but it will not affect the overall effect. After that, it will become be natural without further change anymore.
Q: Which kind of screw will apply to WPC products more?
A: Suggest using high-quality screw such as stainless steel, hot-dip galvanizing and etc. And COOWIN specially recommend using self tapping screw which will help to enhance its nail-holding power.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It will be different according to the quantity.
Generally it is about 10-15 days for one 20ft container.
