Product Features:
1.The machine adopts machinery transmission, reasonable structural design, stable performance, easy operation.
2.The machine is multi-function. Straightening, derusting, paint multiple, can be done at same time. Also it can stretched the steel pipe with no damage.
3. High speed, and strong power. It can straighten φ46-49mm steel pipe.
4. The machine run smooth, low noise. It have four moving wheels at the bottom, more convenient to move.
5., High productivity. It can straighten 2 pieces 6 meters steel pipes per minute , and about 30 tons a day’s work.
6. The advance design is hyperbola spiral adjusting. By hyperbola spiral adjusting, the space between straightening roller can be adjusted for the different size pip in one second. It can greatly reduce the request to the worker`s operation skill, also the straighten effect is great.
