Host of combustion machine
It is composed of combustion chamber, automatic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system.
1.Combustion chamber (independently rotating)
1)Our combustion chamber with larger diameter and longer length, the length of the pulverized coal preheating zone is increased, which make pulverized coal burning more fully and combusted more efficient.
2)Exclusive use of combustion chamber and rear cover separation design. (Patent number: 03216099.2)
3)Reasonable design ensures that the ignition device and air supply device with longer service life.
2.Auto-rotation and auto driving
1)Combustion chamber with motor, driven rotary in operation.
2)Exclusive use of furnace and air supply device separation design, effectively solve the problems such as firebrick collapse.
3.Burner Patented Design-easy for maintenance
The combustion chamber automatically rotation by the motor to prevent furnace slagging and improve the service life of refractory brick. The traditional burner need clean the slag 3-4 days, but our company's design greatly reduces the burners' repair work. Our company use split design, so combustion chamber and air supply device moving forward and backward on the pully, which is easy for maintenance.
The Cost Comparison between Oil Burner and Coal Burner
For example: one 160TPH Asphalt mixing plant is operated 10 hours everyday.
Oil burner
Diesel Oil Consumption: 7*160*10=11200 (kg/day)
Electricity Consumption: 30*10=300 (kw.H/day)
Total cost (RMB): 6*11200+0.8*300=67440 (RMB), as well as 991 USD
Coal burner for asphalt mxing plant
Bituminous coal consumption: 2*160*10=19200 (kg/day)
Electricity consumption: 98*10=980 (kw.H/day)
