PP powder painting booth is one spraying room and cabin (chamber) ,which is the place to make powder coating after pre-treatment processing for metal products.
Why customer choose PP powder painting booth:
- PP material can't be loaded the electrostatic, so the pp material can't stick the powder on the booth surface; This is the main different feature comparing the steel substrate;
- Because no sticky powder on the spray booth surface, it greatly saves the color changing time;
- Because of he non-sticky powder property, cyclone and cartridge got much better effect of powder recycling;
- Better anti-corrosion property than coating steel.
