QGQ 750 aerosol filling and sealing machine is an upgrade version of QGQ (STANDARD), which is designed in complete configuration to produce conventional aerosols for medium and big scale applications. It is suitable for filling rigid (metal and plastic and glass) containers with diameters ranging from 35 to 65 mm and height from 85 to 330 mm and with 1" collets. The machines require one size set for each diameter of cans and is equipped with a system to adapt to different heights of cans.
The primary machines feature all pneumatic control logic to address hazardous environment concerns while providing an easy-to-use system for maintenance issues.
The conveyor system features adjustable guide railing to allow all of the standard aerosol containers to run on the system without the need for additional change parts.
The machine bases are constructed from epoxy-coated structural steel and are covered with a polished stainless steel top.
All machine parts are easily accessible. A few simple adjustments allow a changeover to a different type of production.
The line is composed by the following units,
1. MG1500: Empty cans feeding table.
2. QGQ750: Pneumatic single indexing or intermittent motion design where the containers are moved around the machine in steps under each working station.
Standard working stations include:
-3 = Product Fillers
-1 = Valve Inserter
-1 = Valve Setter
-1 = Crimper
-Stations can be added or subtracted to fit your needs.
3. UNIVERSAL VALVE SORTER: Rotary bowl to sort disordered valves and feed valves from sorter to inserting station.
4. QCQ750: Pneumatic single indexing or intermittent motion design where the containers are moved around the machine in steps under each working station.
It is suitable for filling various kinds of propellants such as LPG, HFA, DME, CO2, etc by means of special gas metering cylinders.
Standard working stations include:
-1 = Crimper
-3 = TTV(Through-The-Valve) Propellant Fillers
-Stations can be added or subtracted to fit your needs.
5. QZJ CHECKWEIGHER: In pneumatic single indexing design, whose typical application area is the dynamic in-line weight control of finished aerosols. It ensures consistency of pack weight and automatically reject faulty containers (under-filled and/or over-filled) that do not fall within specified parameters.
6. INK JET BELT AND PRINTER: A section of conveyor belt for ink jet printer to spray manufacturing date, expiry date, etc from bottom of containers. Printer is reliable and purchased from our partner company.
7. QWSJ CLIP WATER BATH: An automatic electrical indexing table with water tank to DIP all filled containers into electrically heated water bath for leakage or burst test. The submersion clip design allows you to easily see a leaking valve cup while the container is totally submerged. It is available for 1" standard valves.
8. QYP TIPPER: In pneumatic single indexing design with an automated vibratory bowl to sort, orientate, and apply the appropriate tip or actuator onto valve stem of crimped containers.
9. QYG OVER-CAPPER: In pneumatic single indexing design with an automated vibratory bowl to sort, orientate, and apply the appropriate caps onto incoming containers.
10. SG600: Finished containers accumulation table.
11. CONVEYORS AND MOTORS: Conveyors to connect all units. Electrical installation standard is IP55 and motors are made explosion-proof.
12. PROPELLANT ACCUMULATOR AND BOOSTER PUMPS
13. LPG HANDLING UNIT: 3-stage column filtration unit for filtering and deordorizing industrial LPG for aerosol use. (LPG = Liquefied Petroleum Gas)
