The whole line speed is 2400-3600cans per hour, some working stations are optional for customer depending on budget. Key pneumatic parts are imported from Gemernay, Japan and Itay. Parts for liquid metering system and gas dosing system are all manufactured by CNC machines. High automation, aerosol products quality online checking without any interruption of the line running.
QGQ750 automatic aerosol filling line is suitable for all typical aerosol prodcuts manufacturing covering house care, personal care, health care, car care and other industries. Optional working stations such as valve inserting, weight checking, water bath leakage testing, actuator pressing and cap pressing are optional for customer depending on budget. All the parts that will contact material are made of stainless steel 316 by CNC machine to guarantee an accurate filling.
