PU foam aerosol filling machine, Aerosol polyurethane foam (PU foam) is used for sealing plastic windows, doors or any gaps or cavities. This kinds of aerosol product require to put two kinds of material (MDI and PPG) into the aerosol can, and then capping immediately and meanwhile charge two kinds of gas(DME AND LPG ) .and press the thread cap to valve, and the last step is to shake the aerosol cans , it is used to mixing the liquid material and propellant. The shaking machine has been improved to an 90degree swing shaking, it helps a lot for the mixing of the material effectively.
