We are manufacturer of fabric roof membrane. Fabric roofing waterproofing membrane usded for Pitched Roof Underlay materials. Our fabric roof waterproofing membrane materials are colourful and with ISO approved by CQM, NGV,IAF,CNAS. The materials are environmental-friendly and lightweight.
1. Description of fabric roof membrane:
Waterproof fabric roof membrane materials wase made by non-woven fabric raw materials is PP nonwoven fabric laminated to PE film and used as underlay for pitched roof and enclosure protection for insulation layer of wall.
The purpose of the membrance is to allow water vapour to permeate through from the insultion into the cavity above and yet prevent nater from the carity entering the quilt. Breather membrane are installed over the top of quilt insulaiton and below the extrnal profiled sheet.

3. Function of Lightweight waterproof fabric roof membrane :
membrane which is a water resistant membrane with high vapor permeability, installed as diffusion open roofing felts under pitched roof tile or pack in the wall wood frame house, as the vapor permeability waterproof roof membrane barrier.
It functions as a weather resistant barrier, preventing rain from getting into the roof or wall while allosing water vapor to pass to the exterior. Breathable Membrane may also serve as an air barrier if it is sealed carefully at seams.
4.Feature&Performance of waterproof fabric roof membrane :
a.Low weight: Polypropylene is the main raw material; Specific gravity is 0.9, and touches well.
b.Water resistance & breath-ablity: Slices of Polypropylene and finished products resist water,breathable and easy to maintain and wash.
c.Flexibility: Made up of microfiber (2-3D), thermo melt formed dot. Flexiblity of products is suitable. comfortable.
d.Prevention of ultraviolet rays:Using UV processed film to prevent oxidizatio due to the exposure to ultraviolet rays during the building's construction period, it maximizes the durability of the building.
e.Non-toxic, non-irritating: Made of materials which catch up FDA standard, without other chemical composition,stable,non-toxic,nosmell,safe for sensitive skin.
f.Anti-bacterial, anti-chemical: Polypropylene is blunt chemical substances, as a protection against bacterial and insect liquid;Antibacterial, alkali corrrosion, erosion and the finished product will not affect sensitive skin.
g. Environment-friendly: It has superior durablity and can be used for long time with a single implementation,making it environment-friendly.
