This CNC plasma and flame cutting machine is gantry structure with double-driven system, working size can be customized upon requirement.It can be used for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal in any 2 d graphics,thus is widely used in metal cutting fields.
CNC plasma cutting machine Features
- 1.Longitudinal rails using heavy rail, surface treatment by grinding, high mechanical precision and wear resistance. Drive rack, gears customed from professional manufacturers , surface carburizing and quenching with high precision.
- 2.Beam: Using box welded structure, heat treatment to eliminate stress, with good rigidity, no deformation, high precision, light weight, small inertia characteristics.
- 3.Longitudinal drive frame : Both ends fitted with horizontal guide wheels, can adjust the degree of compaction from drive eccentric on the bottom to rail; equipped with a dust collector, always wiping clutter accumulated in the track surface.
- 4.Vertical and horizontal drive : drive by the precision rack and pinion, Horizontal rails using precision cold-drawn guiding plate, vertical guide is made of precision machined Rails (heavy rail). Speed reducer is imported precision gear reducer, and eliminates backlash, in order to ensure accuracy and smoothness;
