Product Introduction
AL-3015D Combined Laser cutter for sheet metal and tubes adopts the most sophisticated Germany IPG laser and double driver, combining Gantry CNC machine designed by our company and high strength welding body, after high temperature annealing and precision machining by large CNC milling machine. It has good rigidity and stability with precision ball screws, linear guide drive run. It is mainly for cutting sheet metal below 6mm in high speed and high precision.
Applicable materials and industry
Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel and some other metal materials precise cutting, applicable for aerospace technology, rocket, plane, robot, elevator, steamship and automobile manufacturing and metal parts processing industry for metal plate, advertisement, kitchen ware, bit tool, hardware etc.
Machine features
- 1. High speed, high precision, high efficiency and low cost.
- 2. Easy on operation, fiber optical path, without tediously adjustment on optical path.
- 3. Compact structure, good sealing , strongly adaptable to changes in the environment.

- 5. Convenient product operation and maintenance: fiber transmission, no need to adjust the optical path.

- 7. The machine tool adopts gantry double driving structure, high damping machine tool bed, good rigid, which can suffer very high speed and acceleration.
- 8. This model adopts imported AC servo system driver and imported transmission system, the moving structure of machine tool adopts imported gear and rack transmission, linear guide track for guiding, ensuring the high speed, high precision and high reliability of equipment.
- 9. Rack and guide adopt fullly enclosed protective device, which prevents oil free friction movement and dust pollution, enhances using life of transmission parts and ensures the precision of machine tool movement.
