PSA Hot Melt Glue Adhesive for Aluminium Tape
This type of pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive is designed for Aluminium Tape. With balanced
performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, it can bond many kinds of substrates
such as plastics paper, cloth and so on .
Composition: Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins
Toxicity: None
Gardener Color: 2~3
Brookfield viscosity:
175°C-----------------------4500 Cps
Ring and Ball softening point: 80 ºC~90 ºC
Rolling ball tack: > 10#
Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC): >15Hr.
180°peel strength to steel: > 20 N/inch
Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes
Application methods: slot or roller
Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC
Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment
