This type  pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for plaster for medical purposes, wound plaster, movement bandage and other medical self-adhesion products with balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength.

Qualification:(room temperature 23±2°C; Test of coated:24±2 g/m2)

Brookfield viscosity:      

125°C  70000 Cps
150°C  15000Cps
175°C 4500 Cps

 

Ring and Ball softening point: 94ºC

Rolling ball tack: more than or equal to 24#

Holding power: more than or equal to 20Hr.

180°peel strength to steel: more than 20N/inch

Recommended application temperature: 140~170 ºC

Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment                  

Packaging: 25 Kgs /carton, cakes wrapped with release paper
