Applications
The rotary table of this truck mounted drilling rig comes with large torque and as a result the drill equipment makes a hole quickly. Currently, our vehicle mounted drilling rig has found applications in water conservation projects, the drilling of industrial deep well, conventional water well and geothermal well, etc., and national defense fields, to name a few. It is applicable for drilling into clay, sand, bed rock, basalt strata, and more.
Design advantages
1. BZC350DF is a kind of rotary drilling machine designed for drilling water wells, and more.
2. This truck mounted drilling rig is equipped with DONGFENG special truck chassis, and the transfer case, main drive, gearbox, dual-winch, slurry pump, rotary table, drill tower and steel wire feeding system are all mounted on the chassis.
3. Driving systems
This water well drilling rig is primarily mechanical driven. The drill tower and the four levelling legs are hydraulically controlled. The transfer case and the slurry pump's valves are pneumatically controlled.
4. Drilling method
A standard BZC350DF drilling equipment adopts directional circulation drilling method. Equipped with BW850/2A slurry pump, it adopts slurry as the drilling fluid, and finally achieves direct circulation drilling with the help of the high pressure plunger pump.
If equipped with proper drilling tools, the drilling rig can also achieve other drilling methods.
5. BZC350DF is equipped with dual-winch and drill tower pulley block, etc. which functions to increase the drilling pressure and assists the water well drilling rig in drilling into mud rock, and bed rock, etc. This design is very effective in improving drilling efficiency.
6. Power system
BZC350DF truck mounted drilling rigs has two different diesel engines, one diesel engine (139kw) for chassis, and the 100kw diesel generator for drilling rig.
