Main features:
1. BZC350ZYII truck mounted drilling rig is designed by our engineers; it is a kind of truck mounted and turntable rotary drilling rig.
2. The truck chassis adopts the special crane chassis 6x4 of brand SINOTRUK and the transfer case, the main drive system, gearbox, sets of double-winch, mud pump, sewage pump,drilling tower are set up on the chassis.
3. This rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation, which is equipped with BW850/2A mud pump, It adopts the slurry as the washing fluid, it can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a good drilling bit.
4. The power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine; the rig installs distribute implement and hydraulic system.
5. We can install the spare electric engine and clutch implement according to client’s requirement, so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric engine.
6. We set up a generator (15kw) , so that it is convenient to illuminate or work at night.
7. The adding pressure implement is hydraulic, so it is high efficiency when the rig drills on mud rock and on the weathering formation through using the adding pressure implement.
8. The master drive of rig is mechanical, the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case, mud pump clutch system are air operated.
9. According to client’s requirement, the rig can carry out down-the-hole hammer drilling with USA Sullair, Japan PDSKIOOS,Sweden Atlas, China Kaishan,Hongwuhuang; can carry out air lifting reverse circulation drilling with air-water used tap, double-wall drilling pipe, gas-water separator; can carry out Hydraulic DTH hammer drilling rock breaking with 850/2A mud pump; can carry out core-drilling with other special drilling tools.
10. The appearance of rig is pretty, it is high efficiency because of having a larger torque of the turntable, it is mainly used for water well, construction, national defense building foundation, geological exploration, geothermic well and other foundation working, it is popular at home and abroad.
