JASCO STEEL ROOFING TILE is pressure formed from Galvalume steel to have the appearance of individual roofing tiles. There are seven tile impressions formed horizontally into one panel. Each panel is profiled to form an extremely strong overlapping and interlocking structure. Plus, it is coated with an acrylic resin, an acrylic base adhesive, a natural stone chip, as well as, a clear acrylic overglaze in order upon the top side of the Galvalume steel, So, it provides a long life span, besides strength, durability and beauty.
Galvalume is a registered trademark help with the BHP company and it is coated with an alloy composed of Al 55%, Zn 43.4%, Si 1.6%. And, it has a superior long term corrosion resistance ability. The combination of the sacrificial protection of zinc with the barrier protection action of the aluminium together provides a superior performance level to galvanized coatings in almost all sorts of varied environments.
