overview:
This machine can treat a variety of waste lube oil, to get high quality base oil and a small amount of gasoline and diesel through vacuum distillation. After pretreatment, waste oil pumping into the distillation kettle, and heating to working temperature, we will can get the base oil, gasoline and diesel .When reaction completed, stop heating, remove residue from the bottom of the tank, then the machine can be used again. The production is economical, however, the base oil is excellent.This is the most advanced technology in the world in the waste oil recycling field, and it is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Systems of equipment
lPretreatment system: Waste oil will be pumped into the distillation kettle after pretreated.
lDistillation system: through burning coal, gas or fuel oil to make the oil in the kettle up to the working temperature. This system equipped with stirring system and insulation system.
lCooling system: the gaseous hydrocarbon will be cooled into liquid base oil. Gasoline and diesel.
lOil storage system: the base oil, gasoline and diesel get from cooling system storage here, and then pump into the storage tank.
lVacuum system: meet the technology requirement.
lFiltration system: rapidly filter out mechanical impurities in the base oil, gasoline and diesel, get the high quality base oil, gasoline and diesel.

Performance characteristics,advantage introduction
1, the waste oil after four hours’ preprocessing, and then a small amount of gasoline and diesel is obtained by vacuum distillation and a large number of base oil.
2, the principle is the use of spent oil components in the different boiling point, to separate it.
3, the action of preprocessing is to separate impurities in the oil, water and oil, is conducive to further distillation.
4, processing one ton of waste oil, needs pretreatment agent which costs about USD 25.00,
5, distilled out of base oil is close to water color, color between 1.2-1.5;
6, after our oil distillation equipment, do not need to add acid and clay refining, only need to use our random distribution plate and frame filter machine can.
7, after our equipment base oil distillation, equal to the difference between SN150 SN200.
8, this technology base oil yield is as high as 85-88%, other 3% petrol, diesel oil 3-4%, the residue of 6-8%;
9, used direct fuel oil or gas heating, convenient, economic, healthy, noiseless, environment friendly;
10,it needs 20 kilos fuel (or about 22 cubic natural gas),
and 17 degrees electric when we treat one ton waste oil ,
11, our way of heating is airtight mixing heating, it doesn't scale, reduce the maintenance cost of the late.
12, currently in the market, the distillation is based on the coil heating. This kind of heating mode can make it easy to scale. What’s more, it needs high temperature to heat the circulating pump which is expensive, easily breakable and it will cost more in the later period.
