Sanor: Yes, we can accept OEM/ODM with your brand or your design. But we will require a MOQ for different models.
3, Q: Besides the English language, do your printers support other languages? And what operation system they backup?
Sanor: Yes, our printer not only supports English language, but also Russian, Spanish, Portuguese etc 48 different languages available, and it backups iOS, Android, Windows, Linux operation systems.
4, Q: How much your sample?
Sanor:(1) Samples charge:According to your order printer. Sampling time:5-7days
(2) Return:the sample charge will be return when we get your large order.
5, Q: What sale after service do you offer?
Sanor: Each printer will have 12 months warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period, if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.
