silicon wire making machine is mainly used to manufacture all kinds of silicon high temperature wire and cable and cannula
2.Characteristic
1. PLC+touching screen,whole control,adjusting and monitoring production process parameter.
2. Special silicon screw,screw barrel,crosshead and dies to prevent the in-house vulcanization structure.
3. Special silicon auto machine heat set and water cooling system.
4. Precision testing feedback system to ensure accurate wire diameter so as to reduce the cost

1)pay-off machine , straightening table, hopper drying , auto feeder, main extruder, electrical cabinet, the first parts water trough, laser caliper gauge (optional), printer (optional),fixed water trough, haul-off machine , accumulator ,meter counter, spark tester(optional), 800-1000mm dual bobbin take-up.
