Laser Bridge is a device like a bridge installed over embroidery machine. The head moves on the bridge and stops just in front of each embroidery head to perform the corresponding cutting or engraving process. It perfectly combines laser technology and embroidery process together and creates value-added products.
With its high precise energy control, it can cut two layer fabrics without burn the bottom layer. Thanks to the high speed Galvanometer head, the laser beam can reach cutting speed at 3m/s, and focused to a 30 micron spot size, so it can cut any complicated design. It is really a magic tool for users.
Laser Bridge Embroidery System Applications:
Suitable for various fabric with embroidering, edge-cutting, punching, embroidered patch, hollowing, engraving and kiss-cutting.

Ten times profit higher than traditional embroidery:
-Take this design for example, if the laser bridge is for one phase 20 heads embroidery machine, laser process 15 minutes to finish.
-The original fabric cost USD1.2/meter. After embroidery, the embroidered fabric cost USD1.6/meter. After laser bridge process, it can increase the added-value as USD10/meter for profit.
Embroidery machine STANDARD:
A. One phase laser bridge for 9.6 meter, 24embroidery heads, 6 needles, 300mm head distance, X=600mm, Y=850mm;
B. Two phases laser bridge for 20 meters, 0.8m working table between two sets machines;
C. The embroidery machine can be flat embroidery machine, sequin device, cording device, coiling device, etc.
Cooperation Mode:
A. Laser bridge supplying as whole system, provides embroidery machine and laser bridge system entirely;
B. Laser bridge installation on the existing embroidery machine in customer’s factory.
