high frequency PVC belt welding machine
Description and Application
High Frequency Welder is designed specifically for production of Conveyor Belts made of Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), PVC and PU. We offer the most advanced technological custom made tooling to make all of our flat belts endless easily in a minimal time frame. Endless joining and fabrications of various cleats, steps and sidewalls can be done easily with BELTA machine thanks to large welding table and electrode holder allowing positioning of tooling 360 degree circumference.
BELT model is equipped with special quick change electrode holder. Side rolls mounted on the edges of the work table allow easy handling of long belts and precision weld positioning for fast production setup as well as ergonomic work space for operators.
BELT series machines have HF power outputs from 8kW to 35kW for heavy production loads and various material thicknesses and cleat heights (10mm-150mm). All these options make this machine a perfect tool for high end production where precision, durability and strength is the key.
Feature:
1. Firmly welding, be well meet with thick or thin dimension of welding material
2. Single line or two lines continue welding, welding length can be ordered as special need.
3. Adopting high sensitive anti-sparkle device NL-5557 to avid damage to the mould
4. European model high frequency vibration box, more reliable and stable in output
5. International industrial wave bands 27.12MHz, which is in line with international standard.
6. Welding time can be adjusted according to welding materials
7. Length, width and radian of welding area can be adjusted by changing die.
8. Machine groove deep and wide, the longest welding extended to 1000mm or longer for one time
9. Can be used as a freestanding machine for welding production or as a supplement to a larger system.
10.High frequency tarpaulin welding machine can be manufactured and choose according to user needs.
11. Universal for T-Cleats, Sidewalls, Leads, Steps
