MANDARIN Machinery warrants its power tools under the following terms and conditions:

1, Free of charge repair is carried out in accordance with the 6 warranty provisions and exclusions as stated below, in which case our after-sales service center should confirm that the defective product is due to material or manufacturing faults within the warranty period.

2, The length of the warranty depends on the variety of tools. All our power tools carry a 12-month warranty which starts from the date of purchase as implied from the invoice date.

3, MANDARIN Machinery (GEDA) will replace at no charge for parts or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves to be defective because of improper manufacture or materials.

4, Clients should apply for our Free of Charge Repair Service within the warranty period.

5, We do not pay for any expenses outside the scope of our warranty terms.

6, We do not extend or update our warranty.
