Main performance and characteristics:
1 Monoblock & welded steel frame, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, typical of excellent rigidity and stability.
2 Equipped with the numeric control system: DA-52.
3 Ram stroke and back gauge are automatically controlled by computer.
4 Imported integrated hydraulic system from Bosch-Rexroth, Germany, more concise, reliable and easy for maintenance.
5 Imported seal ring from PARKER, USA, ensures good quality and high performance.
6 Mechanical stop and torsion bar to maintain synchronization and high precision.
7 Back gauge adopts ball screw and rolling guide, enjoying very high repeat positioning accuracy.
8 Upper die is fitted with deflection compensation device to improve the brake precision.
