COMPANY'S INFORMATION
Shanghai Ruiying Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd has a factory in Shanghai and an new production base in Jiangsu province. Ruiying has been specilizing in producing of generator and diesel engine water pump.
The power of its generators are ranged from 2KVA to 2500kVA. Its generators mainly contain open type, soundproof type, wind and rain proof type, trailer type, intelligent type.
Flow of its water pump is from 10 m3/hr to 3400m3/hr. its water pump products is widely used for agriculture and industrial purpose.
1.One year or 1000 hours warranty
From the day our customer get the machine, One year or 1000 hours, the first expired will be valid.
2. One set free wearing parts
One set wearing parts will be supplied for free, including air filter, oil filter, fuel filter.

1. How long can I get the generator
The max delivery time of our genset is 15 working days.
2. Where do you send the genset?
At present we have two factories, one in Shanghai and another is in Nanjing, we will arrange the delivery according to production schedule.
3. What about your warranty period.
our warranty period is two year or 2000 running hours, any problem during this time, you can contact us. we will offer after sale service.
4. What is your payment term
we prefer 30% deposit in advance, 70% before delivery. L/C is also acceptable.
