2. They have lots of advantage, as excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, much longer lifetime than metal and plastic seals.
3.No cracks on surface, with 100% inspection
4.High flatness, planeness and dimensional stability make the sealing performance more outstanding.
Standard requirement for dimensions:

-Planeness: 0.002mm
-Thickness: best to +/-0.01mm
