Working Principle

Granules of powder material, in a ball fluid state in raw material container (fluid bed), are preheated by purified heating air and mixed, and is sprayed with an additive solution, so a plurality of granules are combined into grain clusters containing the addition. With the constant heating and drying of the heating air, water in the grain clusters is evaporated and the additive solidifies. This process is carried out repeatedly to obtain ideal, uniform ball grains with many pores.

Features and Application Range:

Making grains with powder material contributes to improvement of liquidity and solubility; mixing granulation and drying are completed in the same machine, hence an one-step grain making method; with antistatic filtration fabric, the equipment has no dead angles, is convenient and rapid in assembly and disassembly, can be washed clean, and is in accordance with GMP standards.
