1. Ash Block Prevention:
Reason of high temperature ash is low melting point of biomass and tube bundles sticking. Low temperature ash is caused by flue gas condensation.
For this boiler, HT ash mainly occurs at superheater and convection tube, LT ash occurs at air preheater tube box. biomass, bagasse boiler
2. Corrosion:
•HT Corrosion: As the biomass contains various mineral salts, including Chlorides, flue gas is highly corrosive. The HT Corrosion will happen at superheater area. We have considered special method for the boiler and HT Corrosion will not damage boiler. bmass, bagasse boiler biomass, bagasse boiler
