Gears are optimized designed for infinite life, the accuracy follows Level 6 of GB10095 Standard, made by material of Alloyed Heat-treatable Steels. Tooth surface treatment follow procedure of: Carburization, Grinding Machining, and essential Profile Modification to achieve the hardness to 60±2HRC.
Welded Casting Housing (ZG230-450) and High Quality Steel Plates.
Lubrication system is independent organized and forced feed, oil from the sump to supply each lubricating point.
Original type is co-axial in input shaft and output shaft, extended type: Vertically offset, honrizontally offset also available.
Verified supporting Shipping Class: ABS, BV, LR and CCS, for other class requirements pls kindly contact.
This gearbox performs speed reduction, ahead and astern, engaging and disengaing, as well as bearing propeller thrust/pull .
