The high frequency vibrating screen of any powder, granule, mucus
Principle:
High Frequency Vibrating Screen is a high-precision powder griddle, low noise, high efficiency, quick changer takes 3-5 minutes, totally enclosed structure, for grain, flour, mucus and other materials screening filter. Rotary Vibrating Screen is a motor for vertical excitation source, the motor and lower eccentric weight installed at both ends of the motor rotary motion into a horizontal, vertical, inclined three elementary motions, then the movement passed to the screen surface . Adjust the upper and lower ends of the phase angle, the material can change the trajectory of the screen surface.

Application:
The product is applicable to any powder, granule, liquid screening and filtering of the industry. SY series rotary vibration screen is widely used in chemical industry, medicine powder, liquid, paint, pigments, cosmetics, oil, resin, ceramic slurry, clay slurry, lime, refractory powder at the end, magnetic powder, polishing powder, fruit juice, beverage, sugar, salt, MSG, spices, milk powder, starch, flour, rice flour, carbon powder, graphite powder, manganese powder, lithium carbonate, help solvents, fire extinguishing agents, as well as the environmental protection industry wastewater, wastewater treatment process of screening, filtering.
Use and maintenance
1, the machine shall be equipped with electrical protection device.
2, the machine is running early, check every day at least once a bolt to prevent loosening.
3, when the motor direction of rotation does not meet the requirements, you can adjust the power supply phase sequence.
4, the motor should guarantee good lubrication, each running about two weeks to add lithium grease (ZL-3) once, come on, through the oil by adding appropriate amount of lithium grease cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not installed on the oil cup.
5, the machine running total of 1500 hours, check the bearings, if serious injury should be immediately replaced.
6, the machine parked or garaged when used again after a long time, measure the insulation resistance should be used to measure 500-volt megger, should be greater than 0.5 MΩ.
Routine maintenance
1, before the start:
(1) Check the coarse mesh and fine mesh for damage
(2) whether each set of locking ring beam
2, start time:
(1) watch for abnormal noise
(2) current is stable
(3) whether the abnormal vibration
3, after use: clean after each usage.
Regular maintenance
Regular inspection coarse, fine mesh and spring without fatigue and damage, all parts of the fuselage is damaged due to vibration, the site must be added lubrication oil.
