Ultrosonic Rotary Vibrating Screen is a practical and reliable screening system, which is developed by our company to resolve the current mesh plug problems’ most effective solution. Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is composed of ultrasonic power, transducer and sympathetic vibration ring.Transducers change the high frequency current which supplied by the ultrasonic power into sinusoidal vertical wave of oscillation(ultrasonic wave), these ultrasonic wave reached the sympathetic vibration ring generate resonance, then evenly transferred to the screen surface.
Sieve materials while doing the low-frequency vibration, superimposed on the ultrasonic vibration,it can not only avoid the mesh plug, but also can improve product capacity and quality greatly.

A. The mesh does not block and it cab self-cleaning.
B. Bouncing balls and blocking device do not need.
C. Long service working life.
D. Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is suitable for screening 40-635 mesh size,especially above 300 mesh.
E.The Sieve size can impove 1-70% and the capacity can improve maximum up to 10 times.
