2-Structure and configurations of JDY25-100 perforating machine:
A:Body of the main machine tool is welded with Q235 steel plates, semi/-closed gantry structure. The machine adopts sub-audio vibration aging to eliminate stress. It has good rigidity, with good stability during operating.
B.The machine adopts two/-stage transmission structure that the motor drives the flywheel transmission and gear linkage. The gears and flywheel are fully closed, with good safety performance.
C.It used the dry-type friction clutch brake system,safety, stability, and durable.
D. Double pneumatic balance cylinders are used to protect the molds and reduce damage caused by the punching pins.
